Return Policy
Marketplace Products - Marketplace products are final sale, with the exception of apparel. Apparel may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for return shipping fees and refunds will be issued once we receive the item from the customer.
The Literary Book Club Box - The Literary Book Club Box is non-refundable. There are no exceptions. If you wish to cancel your subscription, you will need to do so before the 15th of the month so that you do not get charged for the following month's box. For example, if you would like to cancel prior to the May box, you must cancel by April 15th. If you cancel after the 15th of the month, your cancellation will take effect one month later.
Damaged Items - If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery in order to be eligible for a replacement. You can email a photo of the item to help@theliterarybookclub.com along a description of the issue.
Lost packages - We are not responsible for lost packages. In the event that your package is lost, please contact the carrier with your tracking number to process a claim.
