Return Policy
Marketplace Products - Marketplace products are final sale, with the exception of apparel. Apparel may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for return shipping fees and refunds will be issued once we receive the item from the customer.
The Literary Book Club Box - The Literary Book Club Box is non-refundable. If you wish to cancel your subscription, please let us know on or before the 5th of the month prior so that you do not get charged. (For example, if you would like to skip the December box, please let us know by November 5th.)
Damaged Items - If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery in order to be eligible for a replacement. You can email a photo of the item to help@theliterarybookclub.com along a description of the issue.
Lost packages - We are not responsible for lost packages. In the event that your package is lost, please contact the carrier with your tracking number to process a claim.
